Hudson Building Expansion Project

The Hudson Building, completed in 2015, requires a 2-storey extension to accommodate additional vocational training facilities. The project scope includes: construction of new spaces for bricklaying and plastering instruction; installation of modern painting and decorating booths on the first floor; demolition of existing painting bays; expansion of carpentry and joinery facilities; and addition of 2 classrooms for theoretical teaching. All designs have been approved by curriculum specialists and meet the specific operational requirements of a Further Education campus. This is a competitive tender process to select a single contractor to deliver all works in full compliance with UK regulations, British Standards, and Further Education facility standards.
