Ireland – Sports Facilities Construction: Soccer Pitches and Associated Infrastructure for MetroLink Project

The MetroLink infrastructure programme requires relocation of existing sports facilities, including soccer pitches, to accommodate the new metro system. This opportunity involves constructing replacement sports facilities to minimise community disruption and maintain sporting continuity. The scope includes: (1) one full-size all-weather soccer pitch, (2) one full-size natural grass pitch, and (3) associated infrastructure comprising pitch lighting, perimeter fencing, drainage systems, clubhouse building, pedestrian access routes, and ancillary amenities. All facilities must comply with relevant governing body standards for safety, durability, and performance, and be suitable for both recreational and competitive play. Suppliers should have experience in sports facility construction, turf installation, drainage design, and compliance with Irish building regulations and sports standards.
