Temporary Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment Services

The Trust seeks to procure temporary supply teaching staff and education recruitment services through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment Framework (RM6376), Lot 2. Services will support 22 schools across the Trust by providing short-term and long-term supply teachers to maintain educational continuity when permanent staff are unavailable. Suppliers will be responsible for candidate sourcing, vetting, compliance checks, and placement management in accordance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements. This contract enables the Trust to maintain teaching standards, manage workforce flexibility, and fulfill statutory safeguarding obligations. The successful supplier will work closely with school leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver responsive, reliable recruitment and placement services.
