Bus Shelters and Associated Parts Supply Framework

Caerphilly County Borough Council is establishing a three-year framework agreement (with option to extend for up to 24 months) to supply and maintain approximately 515 bus shelters across the county. The council anticipates purchasing around 10 new bus shelters annually, with initial delivery required by the end of March 2027. Suppliers selected under this framework will also provide replacement parts and maintenance equipment throughout the shelter lifecycle. Up to three contractors will be appointed to this framework. This is an open procurement process conducted under The Procurement Act 2023. Evaluation will be conducted in two stages: Stage One assesses participation conditions using the Welsh Procurement Specific Questionnaire, and Stage Two evaluates bids solely on price (100% weighting). All bids must be submitted electronically via Proactis by noon on Thursday 20 August 2026.
