Security and Concierge Services for Supported Accommodation

Cardiff Council is seeking a service provider to deliver Security and Concierge Services across 14 supported accommodation sites throughout Cardiff. These sites include single and family accommodation, managed properties, and specialist young person accommodation. This is not a traditional security contract. The successful provider will work alongside support staff to create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes resident wellbeing and stability. The service must be delivered using psychologically informed and trauma-informed approaches, with staff building positive relationships with vulnerable residents and responding with empathy, respect and understanding of individual needs. The contract is valued at approximately £3,700,000 and will run for 1 year with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The current contract ends on 31 December 2026. This is a Single Supplier Framework subject to call-off contracts. The tender is expected to be published at the end of July.
