Skip Waste Transport and Collection Services

Neath Port Talbot Council invites tenders from qualified contractors to provide skip transport services throughout the County Borough for a three-year contract starting 1st October 2026. The service comprises two main components: (1) Collection and return of 12-yard waste and recycling skips from various Council locations, with transport to Briton Ferry Waste Transfer Station for disposal and recycling; and (2) Transport of excess cardboard from the Council's kerbside recycling service to temporary storage at Tawe Terrace, Pontardawe, using approximately 35-yard capacity open-topped roll-on-roll-off skips. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications in waste transport operations. The successful supplier will manage regular collections, ensure compliant transport of waste materials, and maintain service reliability across the County Borough.
