Cootehill Enterprise Centre Building Envelope and Environmental Upgrades

This procurement invites contractors to submit separate tender options for upgrade works to Cootehill Enterprise Centre. The project focuses on improving thermal performance and environmental sustainability through five modular options that can be priced individually or combined. Option 1 provides non-insulated facade refurbishment with new signage. Option 2 offers thermal insulation integrated into an upgraded facade with new signage. Option 3 includes removal and replacement of windows and doors with energy-efficient units. Option 4 involves installation of a photovoltaic panel system for renewable energy generation. Option 5 delivers internal wall insulation to external walls. Contractors must provide comprehensive pricing for labour, materials, plant, temporary works, site access, coordination, and all ancillary works required for complete installation of each option. The tender format requires individual pricing for each option plus a combined overall tender sum.
