British Library Audience Research Partnership

The British Library seeks a research partner to conduct audience discovery and design research that will identify and prioritize key audience segments most likely to engage with the Library's cultural and research offerings at its St Pancras location in London. This research will support the Library's wider site transformation initiative by providing actionable insights into visitor demographics, interests, and engagement preferences.
