Cloud-Based Social Value and Sustainability Management System

The Contracting Authority is seeking a cloud-based system to help manage social value and sustainability commitments throughout the procurement lifecycle. The solution should enable organisations to capture, track, monitor, verify and report on environmental, social and economic outcomes from supplier selection through contract delivery and completion. The system must provide transparent, auditable and evidence-based management of sustainability goals across all procurement activities. This is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise designed to gather supplier feedback and shape the tender specifications.
