Media and Social Media Monitoring Software Solutions

The Senedd Commission is seeking supplier input on media monitoring, social media monitoring, social media listening, and press management software to support communications activities. This pre-market engagement exercise explores five software requirements: (1) monitoring and analysing media coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms; (2) managing media relations and press office activities through contact management and distribution tools; (3) managing, publishing, and analysing organisational social media channels; (4) monitoring and analysing online conversations and emerging issues across social media and digital channels; and (5) providing security-related monitoring and alerts. Suppliers are invited to participate voluntarily to help shape the Commission's future procurement strategy.
