    Brief

The Educational Research Centre seeks a supplier to provide rental laptop computers for educational research studies conducted in schools across Ireland from 2026 to 2030. The laptops will support both international assessments including TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study), PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment), and PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literacy Study), as well as national studies including NAMER (National Assessment of Mathematics and English Reading) and TGD (Triail Ghaeilge Dhroim Conrach Drumcondra Irish Test). The Centre implements these studies on behalf of the Department of Education and Youth. Suppliers should be prepared to deliver equipment meeting research-grade specifications, provide ongoing technical support, and accommodate multiple school locations. Interested vendors should demonstrate experience with educational sector rental programs and the ability to maintain equipment reliability over the multi-year contract period.
