Smokefree Service Provider - Southampton City Council

Southampton City Council is seeking qualified service providers to deliver a comprehensive Smokefree Southampton Service from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2030 (with optional extension to March 31, 2032). The service will provide oversight and quality assurance of stop smoking services, training and support for healthcare professionals, direct support for people with complex needs and underserved populations, and sub-contracting of services through Primary Care Networks and Pharmacies. The contract is funded at £307,500 for the initial 6 months and £615,500 for the following 12 months, with an estimated minimum contract value of £3,382,500 over the full term. Potential maximum contract value could reach £7,148,262 if funding increases and service expansion requirements are implemented. This procurement follows the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 using the Competitive Procedure.
