MEICA Services Framework for Water Assets

Yorkshire Water is seeking suppliers for a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework to deliver mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, automation and telemetry services across their clean water and wastewater operations. The framework will support both capital project delivery and ongoing maintenance activities. Services include design and engineering support, asset surveys and condition assessments, repair and refurbishment work, equipment installation and commissioning, planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and technical reporting. Suppliers can work across integrated MEICA projects, standalone mechanical or electrical services, specialist maintenance, and specialist access activities. The detailed scope, lot structure, commercial terms and delivery approach are still being refined and will be developed further following this market engagement phase.
