Additional responsibilities include financial accounting, rent performance reporting, company tenancy management, audit coordination, tenant works oversight, property advertising, business rates administration, utilities and waste billing, unauthorized access management, filming permissions, and Network Rail coordination at managed stations. The provider must support GWR's customer satisfaction and asset management objectives while maintaining efficient operations. Services also encompass broader asset lifecycle support for land acquisitions, operations, maintenance, and disposal activities, with consideration for environmental and sustainability requirements.
