Fostering Services for Children with Complex and Challenging Behaviours

Hampshire County Council's Children Services Directorate is seeking to commission Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) to provide fostering care for looked after children. This is a multi-lot call off contract covering: Standard Foster Placements including Respite, Parent & Child Foster Placements, Children with Complex/Challenging Behaviours, Children with Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Needs, and Separated Children. The primary goal is to place Hampshire children and young people in Hampshire-based foster families to support their education, training, family contact, and existing support networks. The contract remains open throughout its term, allowing new suppliers to apply at any time and existing suppliers to apply for additional lots. New applicants or those seeking to add lots should submit an updated award questionnaire with the relevant lot selections and a separate pricing schedule dated in the title for any new lots only. The Council aims to evaluate new submissions and additional lot requests within 3 weeks.
