Catering Services for Grimsby Schools

Harbour Learning Trust is seeking a catering services provider to supply meals to eight schools in the Grimsby area: one secondary school and seven primary schools. The secondary school operates its own kitchen and will continue to serve fresh cooked meals on site. The seven primary schools currently have mixed meal delivery arrangements—five prepare fresh food on site while two receive hot box meals. The Client requires all seven primary schools to transition to hot box meal delivery. Bidders are encouraged to explore operational efficiencies by potentially utilizing the secondary school's large kitchen to prepare delivered meals for primary schools, or by coordinating with existing primary school kitchens. The contract will run for three years with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods at the Client's discretion.
