Naíonra Philib Barún seeks a Single Point Design Team to provide comprehensive services for a new pre-school (naíonra) building in Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland. The project involves design, contractor procurement, construction management, supervision, and certification of a approximately 200 square metre facility. The building must include a minimum of two classrooms/activity rooms with toilets for children aged 2-5 years, an accessible toilet, independent office space, classroom storage, cleaners room, and plant room.
