New Build Property Construction at 10a Briercliffe Road, Burnley

Burnley Borough Council is seeking qualified contractors to build a new residential property at the end of an existing terraced row at 10a Briercliffe Road, Burnley BB10 1XQ. This is a 6-month construction project running from early August 2026 to mid-February 2027 (dates flexible based on weather and mutual agreement). The successful bidder must have demonstrated resources, capabilities, and capacity to deliver quality construction work in compliance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Glovers Project Services Limited serves as the principal designer. Key requirements include reviewing the Pre Construction Information document (covering health and safety, environmental restrictions, risk assessments, design and construction hazards, and method statements) and the property schedule. The contract will be executed using the JCT Minor Works agreement.
