Windows and Doors Replacement Contracts

Renfrewshire Council is seeking qualified contractors for two separate contracts related to windows and doors replacement services: Lot 1: Reactive Replacement Windows and Doors - For unplanned, emergency replacements needed across Council buildings managed by Building Services. Lot 2: Replacement of Windows and Doors Programme - For planned, programmed replacement work as part of the Housing Investment initiative. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots. The Council will evaluate submissions using an economically advantageous approach and reserves the right to award one contract, both contracts, or neither, at its sole discretion. Successful contractors will be selected separately for each lot based on their tender submission.
