Professional Peer Review of Flood Risk Management Outline Business Case for Luton Town Centre

Luton Council is seeking a qualified supplier to conduct an urgent peer review of an Outline Business Case (OBC) for the Open Lea flood risk management project in Luton town centre. The project involves 3-4 stretches of de-culverting with creation of new pocket parks, repairs to existing culverts, and installation of sustainable drainage systems to manage surface water flooding from multiple directions affecting the town centre.
