Forklift Truck Training and Certification for Prisoners at HMP Swinfen Hall

This is a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System to deliver forklift truck training and certification courses to prisoners at HMP Swinfen Hall. The service will provide RTITB accredited counterbalance forklift training, leading to formal certification and licensure that enables prisoners to operate forklifts. The contract will include both initial training for new learners and refresher courses for previously trained prisoners whose qualifications have lapsed, helping prepare inmates for employment upon release. Successful delivery supports prisoner rehabilitation and employment readiness.
