St Mary's National School Extension and Parking Project, Ballygunner, Waterford

This project involves the construction of two single-storey extensions to St Mary's National School in Ballygunner, Waterford. The extensions will include 2 classrooms, 8 resource rooms, 1 assisted-user accessible WC, and a connecting link corridor positioned on the north and south sides of the existing school building. The scope includes roof-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar panels for renewable energy generation, complete drainage systems, and external hardstanding. Additionally, a new car parking area will be constructed on the east side of the school. All work includes associated site preparation, landscaping, and ancillary works necessary for full project completion.
