Framework Agreement for Small Value Construction Works in North Wales

Denbighshire County Council, acting as host authority of the North Wales Construction Partnership, is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for a new Framework Agreement to deliver small value construction works across North Wales. Individual project values are expected to range between £30,000 and £300,000 including VAT. The framework will support a range of low to medium value construction services including general building works, reactive and planned maintenance, minor refurbishment, roofing and external works, mechanical and electrical works, accessibility adaptations, and housing improvements. The framework is designed to support fair work practices, sustainability, local supply chain participation, and social value outcomes in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023. This is a preliminary market engagement notice to gather supplier feedback before the formal procurement process begins.
