Educational Support Services for Children and Young People (Ages 0-25)

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive educational support services to children and young people aged 0 to 25. Services will support students with identified educational needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other vulnerable groups requiring additional support. The procurement includes five service areas: Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Therapy, Tuition, and Alternative Provision. Providers will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality interventions that enable students to reach their full potential. Success will be measured against key outcomes including improved educational attainment and progress, increased attendance and engagement, enhanced communication and social-emotional skills, timely delivery of assessments and interventions, and positive feedback from children, families, and schools. Providers should demonstrate expertise in supporting diverse learning needs and working collaboratively with schools and families.
