Brief

Liverpool City Council is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive highways improvements on Wavertree High Street, including: carriageway resurfacing to improve road surface quality and safety; upgrade and expansion of drainage systems to enhance water management; modernization of the signalized junction at Picton Road, Rathbone Road, and Wellington Road with new controlled pedestrian crossing facilities to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety; and upgrades to traffic signal equipment at five additional locations throughout the area. This is a highways infrastructure project designed to enhance road conditions, traffic management, and pedestrian safety in the Wavertree area of Liverpool.
