Third Sector Infrastructure Support and Representation Services

This contract provides infrastructure support and representation services for the third sector, strengthening frontline organisations and ensuring sector sustainability. Key service areas include: leadership and representation, partnership and collaboration, capacity building, and volunteering. The service will enhance engagement between third sector organisations and the Council, health, care, and city partners to shape strategic direction. Infrastructure support specifically targets smaller organisations, those in disadvantaged wards, and underrepresented groups. The service will promote positive social action, build empowered and inclusive communities, and support organisations to generate social value and drive local change. This is a three-year contract valued at £1,783,145.36, with an option for the Council to extend up to a maximum of 36 months in any combination, subject to budget availability.
