Ireland – Site Investigation Services Framework Agreement

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for specialist site investigation services. Selected contractors will provide geotechnical and geoenvironmental investigations for medium to large residential development projects, including low-rise houses, duplexes, and medium to high-rise apartment blocks. This framework will enable the LDA to efficiently procure site investigation services as needed for its development pipeline. Qualified companies with expertise in site investigations, geotechnical engineering, and environmental assessment are encouraged to apply.
