This opportunity seeks a provider to supply and operate a Friends and Family Test (FFT) patient experience feedback solution for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust and the South East London Integrated Care System. The FFT is a standardised NHS feedback tool that allows patients to rate their care experience and provide comments. The successful supplier will be responsible for delivering the full feedback solution including survey deployment across multiple healthcare settings, real-time data collection and reporting, analytics dashboards, and support services to help trusts understand and act on patient feedback to improve care quality and patient satisfaction.
