Security Systems Maintenance Services

The Government Property Agency (GPA) is seeking a long-term contractor to provide planned and reactive maintenance services for technical security assets deployed in secure spaces. Services include maintenance, repair, and ongoing support for intruder alarm systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and access control systems. This is a replacement contract for existing services. The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring continuous operability of these critical security systems through preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response capabilities. Suppliers should have demonstrated experience in security system maintenance, technical expertise across multiple security technologies, and the capacity to provide responsive service to government facilities.
