Caretaking Contract for Pateley Bridge Town Council (2026-2029)

Pateley Bridge Town Council is seeking a qualified caretaker for a three-year contract running from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029. The role involves basic maintenance and caretaking duties determined monthly by the Council, estimated at up to 250 hours per year. The successful applicant must provide their own protective clothing and demonstrate comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability insurance (up to £2,000,000) and employers' insurance if applicable (up to £1,000,000). Applicants must also provide evidence of health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
