Chichester Foyer Building Refurbishment and Conversion to 23 Flats

This is a major refurbishment and remodelling project for the existing Chichester Foyer building. The scope of works includes reconfiguring the internal layout to create 23 self-contained modern flats comprising 14 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units. Key works include: replacement of all windows and doors; complete refurbishment of the 6-flat Annex building; installation of new mechanical, electrical, and public health systems; structural modifications and support works; construction of additional bin storage and bicycle stores; and provision of additional car parking spaces. The contractor will be responsible for design and construction of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural engineering, and related installations as part of the Contractor's Design Portion.
