Friends and Family Test Survey Services

The successful supplier will be responsible for designing, distributing, collecting, and analyzing FFT surveys from patients across UHN's facilities. This includes managing survey administration through multiple channels (paper, digital, and verbal), ensuring data quality and compliance with NHS standards, producing regular reports and analytics, and supporting UHN in using feedback to improve patient services. The service should enable UHN to capture actionable patient insights and demonstrate responsiveness to patient feedback.
