    This is a contract opportunity to provide flexible, scalable digital development and support services for the Apply for Things product family. The successful supplier will maintain a pool of skilled resources available to be quickly mobilized or demobilized based on changing needs, operational demands, and priorities. Services include: developing new features and improvements, providing live technical support for incident management and production environments, supporting public-facing and internal caseworking applications, and collaborating on service architecture improvements. The supplier must maintain service continuity, quality, and compliance while enabling rapid design, development, and deployment of updates. Specific work packages, deliverables, timelines, service levels, and acceptance criteria will be defined in individual Statements of Work. This contract requires working closely with the buyer to support their vision for the Apply for Things ecosystem and enable flexible capacity management.
