Suppliers should offer next-day delivery capability where possible. Alternatively or additionally, suppliers may provide an over-the-counter store card for urgent on-site requirements, with comprehensive management reporting features. The framework encompasses a single lot covering the full range of MRO categories: Hand Tools, Power Tools, Mechanical Spares, Electrical Spares, and Lubricants & Non-Process Chemicals. Successful suppliers will streamline procurement processes and provide flexible access to essential maintenance materials for field technicians.
