Community Sexual Health Service - Testing and Treatment (South Norfolk/Breckland)

Norfolk County Council is seeking providers to deliver a Level 2 Sexual Health Service focused on testing and treating sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in the South Norfolk and Breckland areas. This community-based service will complement existing primary care sexual health provision and improve access to local services, particularly in rural communities. The service will assess, test, and treat symptomatic uncomplicated STIs, with integration into Norfolk's existing sexual health pathways and referral arrangements. Contract details: 4-year term with an indicative annual value of £103,500 (total £414,000), operating on an activity-based payment model. Successful providers must demonstrate: clinical capability in Level 2 sexual health services; adequate workforce capacity and resilience; robust clinical governance and safeguarding arrangements; proven experience delivering sexual health and STI services; ability to provide accessible services across the South Norfolk/Breckland locality; and capability to integrate with existing sexual health pathways, laboratory services, and referral systems.
