Architect Services for AMTecH Advanced Marine Technology Hub

This opportunity seeks architect services to support early-stage development of the Advanced Marine Technology Hub (AMTecH) project. Key responsibilities include: coordinating feasibility assessments by engaging land and planning specialists; conducting initial utilities searches to identify project constraints and opportunities; validating project viability through cost estimation with a quantity surveyor; defining technical requirements and establishing clear project scope; and developing a high-level execution schedule in collaboration with a P6 Planner that outlines engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases and milestones. The role is ideal for experienced architects who can guide the project from concept through initial planning stages and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including planners, surveyors, and engineers.
