    Brief

DSIT is seeking a Regional Delivery Partner to deliver the TechYouth programme in the North West, part of the Government's flagship TechFirst digital and technology skills initiative. TechYouth aims to reach 1 million students across UK schools and colleges, building digital skills, AI confidence, and awareness of tech careers. As a Regional Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for on-the-ground delivery including: running skills-building activities and career inspiration events for local schools and colleges; partnering with regional industry and academic institutions; and increasing participation in digital and computing qualifications among young people aged 14-16. The programme particularly focuses on encouraging uptake from underrepresented groups including girls and students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. By building a sustainable and diverse tech talent pipeline, this work supports long-term growth in the technology sector and helps address the critical gap between digital skills demand and supply in the UK economy.
