Grounds Maintenance Services - Scotland-Wide

Scottish Water is seeking a single contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services across Scotland, including the Mainland, Highlands, and Islands. Services will include scheduled grass-cutting, weed control, hedge-trimming, winter gritting, and snow clearing on a year-round basis, plus planned general ground maintenance during non-peak grass-cutting seasons. The successful contractor will be the sole service provider for all Scottish Water sites, ensuring streamlined contract management and standardized reporting through a single portal-based system. The initial contract period is 4 years with two optional 2-year extensions, subject to Scottish Water's discretion. This is an opportunity for an experienced grounds maintenance contractor to manage a large-scale, pan-Scotland operation.
