This is an opportunity to provide expert pre-application advisory services to building owners and organizations in Manchester considering applying for MEND grant funding. The successful consultant will help non-listed and non-designated building project applicants assess whether their projects meet the eligibility and assessment criteria set out in the published MEND grant guidance.
