Electricity Supply Contract for Apex Housing Association Northern Ireland

Apex Housing Association is seeking a licensed electricity supplier to provide power for communal landlord areas and buildings across Northern Ireland. The contract will run for an initial 12 months starting 19 December 2026, with an option to extend for a further 12 months (maximum 24 months total). Only suppliers holding a valid supply licence from the Northern Ireland Utility Regulator are eligible. The supplier's margin must remain fixed throughout the contract, while energy costs and pass-through charges may vary according to an agreed pricing methodology. Historic consumption data and site information including Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRNs) are provided for evaluation purposes only, with no guaranteed minimum consumption levels. The number of sites may change during the contract period. Prices must be quoted excluding VAT and Climate Change Levy, though these will be applied at the prevailing statutory rates if applicable.
