Managed Network Services Provider for Local Government

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive managed network services. The Council operates an extensive, geographically distributed network across multiple locations, managing several hundred network and security devices that support approximately 4,000 staff and provide services to around 300,000 residents. The current contract expires in July 2027. This is a pre-market engagement phase to understand current market solutions, emerging innovations, and implementation approaches that will inform the Council's future procurement strategy. The successful supplier will be expected to: deliver secure and resilient network infrastructure; provide day-to-day operational support; contribute to the Council's strategic objectives through continuous improvement and innovation; and demonstrate effective service management practices. The Council is seeking a strategic partner capable of providing a future-ready managed network service that balances operational excellence with technological advancement.
