    Brief

    Dublin City Council is seeking main contractors for a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to deliver routine planned maintenance and refurbishment works at Dublin Fire Brigade Stations. The framework covers a range of facilities management and upgrade services, including: structural repairs (roofs and internal finishes such as floors, ceilings, walls, and partitions); sanitaryware replacement and upgrades; deep cleaning of food preparation areas and appliances; locker room renovations; decorative work; landscaping; and localized plumbing and heating repairs. This is an indicative list; additional maintenance and refurbishment works may be required. The agreement aims to establish a roster of qualified contractors to respond to planned maintenance needs on an ongoing basis.
