    Brief

The Institution for Civil Engineers (ICE) is seeking qualified reservoir safety engineers for appointment to statutory panels. These panels are responsible for carrying out essential statutory functions in reservoir safety oversight. Selected engineers will be appointed by Ministers for 5-year terms to contribute to critical infrastructure safety assessments and decisions. ICE conducts a rigorous assessment process including applications review, interviews, and recommendations to Defra (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs). This is a continuous recruitment process with three appointment rounds per year. Interested civil engineers with expertise in reservoir safety and engineering should apply directly to ICE to be considered for these important advisory roles.
