Utility Connection Works - London Multi-Site Projects

We are seeking qualified and accredited utility service providers, including Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), Self-Lay Providers (SLPs), and multi-utility contractors, to deliver utility connection works across multiple active construction sites in London. You will be responsible for the complete delivery of utility infrastructure, including design, procurement, excavation, installation, testing, and commissioning across three main utilities: Power: Installation of high and low voltage cables, substation construction, and transformer connections meeting UK Power Networks standards. Water: Main connections, boundary installations, site pipework, pressure testing, and chlorination to Thames Water or Affinity Water standards. Telecommunications: Installation of ducting, chambers, and fibre infrastructure compliant with Openreach, Virgin Media, and alternative network providers. This is a London-based contract requiring proven experience managing high-density urban environments, including NRSWA compliance, highway permits, traffic management, subsurface utility detection using advanced mapping, and low-emission machinery standards. We may award this as a single multi-utility contract or split into separate trade-specific lots based on bid quality.
