    Brief

NI Water is establishing the IF109 Integrated Partnerships Framework to deliver its capital investment programme, replacing the IF105 Framework expiring in May 2028. This framework supports the PC28 investment programme and future regulatory periods by providing programme and project management, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and ancillary services across NI Water's water and wastewater assets. The framework comprises four lots: Lot 1 (Minor Civil Pipelaying Works), Lot 2 (Minor Civil Works), Lot 3 (Minor MEICA & Process Works), and Lot 4 (Major Civil, MEICA & Process Works). These lots collectively support projects ranging from small-scale network investment and rehabilitation to large-scale, complex multidisciplinary capital programmes. The framework is designed to deliver NI Water's strategic investment priorities including regulatory compliance, service improvement, resilience enhancement, environmental performance, and long-term sustainability, while maintaining flexibility to respond to evolving programme, funding, and operational requirements. Suppliers should note the total framework value is shared across all lots, and the framework provides long-term delivery capacity with scope for various scales of works.
