Framework Delivery and Management Partner for National Construction Works

The Council is seeking a Framework Delivery and Management Partner to establish and operate a National Construction Works Framework under the Procurement Act 2023. The successful partner will work collaboratively with the Council to design the framework structure, market it to construction suppliers and buyers, and manage its day-to-day operations. This is a concession-based partnership where the partner will help create a streamlined procurement solution for construction works across the nation. The framework must comply with current procurement regulations and be structured to facilitate efficient access to construction services for public and potentially private sector organisations.
