    Brief

This procurement seeks an independent industry body to provide representation and engagement services for the UK quantum sector during fiscal year 2026/27. The successful provider will act as the voice of UK quantum companies in situations where civil servants cannot represent commercial interests, serve as the representative body for convening industry members, and facilitate relationship-building across the sector. Key service areas include: (1) developing an evidenced pipeline of investment opportunities and partnerships; (2) enhancing UK industry representation in priority international markets; (3) supporting targeted multilateral engagement where sector representation is required; and (4) driving quantum technology adoption by bringing together suppliers and end-users in defence, health, finance, and energy sectors. Expected deliverables comprise engagement plans, targeted stakeholder outreach activities, documented opportunities and follow-up actions, industry briefings and input as requested, structured industry convening events, and concise outcome reports. Funding covers service delivery only and excludes general organizational running costs. Performance will be measured against agreed outputs.
