Summer Holiday Childcare Support for Children with Additional Learning Needs

This is a pilot opportunity to provide childcare support during the summer school holidays for school-age children with emerging or identified Additional Learning Needs (ALN). The service will assess and allocate appropriate support to enable these children to participate in childcare activities. By providing this support, the service enables parents and carers to maintain employment, pursue education, or participate in training during the school holidays. The pilot will help identify effective approaches to supporting children with ALN in holiday childcare settings and inform future service development.
