Develop Synthetic Data Capability

This tender seeks a supplier to establish an internal synthetic data capability through the following phases: discovery of current data needs and infrastructure, validation of data quality and synthetic data outputs, generation of synthetic datasets, privacy evaluation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation, governance design for data management frameworks, pilot delivery with real-world implementation, and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability.
