Catering and Venue Management Services at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park

The Royal Parks is seeking an experienced Concessionaire to manage catering and venue hire services at Pembroke Lodge, a Grade 2 listed Georgian mansion located within Richmond Park. The successful applicant will operate multiple revenue-generating services including: The Butler's Pantry restaurant café, wedding and private event venue hire, and an external kiosk. The contract begins in late 2027 and requires demonstrated expertise in events management and catering operations. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in service delivery, possess relevant market knowledge, and have the financial capacity and capability to maintain a commercially viable operation throughout the contract period. The successful Concessionaire will be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety, operate sustainably with environmental consciousness, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting The Royal Parks' values, vision, and charitable objectives.
